Creative Strategist for Paid Ads - Hook & Scale

If you've run ads, think creatively, know how to research, and can actually write good copy, we want to hear from you.

We're looking for Creative Strategists who can do more than just write scripts.

We want people who understand WHY an ad works.

You should be able to:

• Research audiences, competitors, trends, and winning creatives
• Find new angles and concepts
• Write strong hooks and scripts
• Analyze what's working and turn it into new ideas
• Understand creative testing and ad performance
• Have a clear, repeatable creative process
• Know the tools and platforms that make your research and ideation better

Bonus points if you've already created or contributed to winning ads.
