Customer Engineer, Security, Google Cloud Sales (English)

In this role you will promote Google Cloud Security, design integration strategies, and architect AI-ready security infrastructures for complex customer environments. You will engage publicly as a thought leader, addressing objections with AI-driven solutions and shaping product direction with customers and partners. You collaborate across teams to drive proof-of-concepts, bids, and technically sound engagements that advance the AI-for-Security and Security-for-AI missions.

• Demonstrate and prototype advanced Google Cloud Security integrations in complex customer/partner environments
• Architect integration strategies and enterprise security architectures for holistic solutions
• Act as a public advocate and thought leader on security in the AI era at customer sites and events
• Understand objections and develop AI-driven solutions to unblock enterprise accounts
• Advocate the AI for Security and Security for AI missions; build technical relationships and support bid responses and proofs-of-concept
• Collaborate with product management to influence future Google Cloud Security offerings
• Support fellow sales engineers by solving key technical issues for customers
• Liaise with product marketing and engineering to stay ahead of industry trends and guide product enhancements
• Role based in EMEA North (Nordics, CEE, DACH) with customer engagement responsibilities

• 6 years of experience in security or cloud-native architectures in a customer-facing or technical sales engineering role
• Experience in cybersecurity operations, specifically SecOps (SIEM/SOAR)
• Fluent English for public speaking and technical presentations
