ISV Sales Specialist, Google Cloud (German, English)

In this role you drive the GTM for Google Cloud with Independent Software Vendors, shaping regional co-sell motions and accelerating joint opportunities. You’ll partner with Google Cloud field sales, ISV partners, and customers to enable procurement and usage of partner solutions via the Cloud Marketplace. You will craft regional plans, nurture multi-party deals, and track pipeline health to improve win rates. You help scale partnerships and ensure successful transactions, contributing to Google Cloud’s mission to transform customers’ businesses at scale.

• Build and grow relationships with ISV partners and customers; close joint opportunities with Google Cloud sales teams.
• Develop regional co-sell plans and sales motions with cross-functional teams.
• Drive sales plan attainment via ISV partner pipeline creation, reviews, and velocity optimization.
• Support transactions through Google Cloud Marketplace, including distributor and reseller paths.
• Generate, advance, and close co-sell opportunities alongside Google Cloud field sales.
• Create region-specific sales motions to raise ISV awareness and accelerate opportunities.
• Collaborate with customers to evaluate, procure, and use ISV solutions.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 8 years of technology-related sales, business development, channel sales, or partner management experience
• Fluency in German and English for regional client relationship management
