Responsibilities

Carrying out individual repairs, maintenance and fault clearance services
Maintenance of gas instantaneous water heaters, gas combi boilers, gas boilers, solar systems, heat pumps, oil boilers and district heating systems
Renewal of devices and requirements
Qualified electrician for defined activities (desirable)
Gas installations – testing gas pipes (load test, leak test and leakage measurement)
Customer service and emergency service operations with mobile connection
Material procurement, measurement and organizationDocumentation of work carried out

Qualifications

Completed vocational training in one of the trades: heating, ventilation, sanitation
Several years of professional experience in the maintenance of residential properties (desirable)
High level of personal responsibility
Flexibility, commitment and independent work
Customer‑friendly and competent appearance
Class B driver's license
Good written and spoken German
