Customer Success Consultant (m/f/d) – European SaaS HR Platform

In this role you drive the end-to-end onboarding and rollout of HRIS solutions for SME to enterprise clients. You tailor the platform to local needs, train admins, and ensure smooth go-lives and ongoing satisfaction. You’ll shape German market presence, collaborate across Sales, Product, and Marketing, and seek opportunities to expand through value-led conversations.

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for HRIS modules (Time & Attendance, Expenses, HR Core, etc.)
• Gather client requirements and configure solutions to meet local business needs
• Train client administrators and ensure smooth go-live transitions
• Provide post-implementation support and conduct satisfaction check-ins
• Identify upsell opportunities and present new product features to existing clients
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
• Contribute to localization efforts and improve market-fit for German clients
• Support pre-sales activities and act as a trusted advisor to prospects

• 2–3+ years of experience in project management, software implementation, or consulting
• Native-level German and excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives
• Structured, autonomous, and proactive problem-solving
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
• Comfort working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
