Customer Success Manager (f/m/d)

In this role, you drive SaaS revenue growth by engaging customers, guiding adoption, and uncovering value across Moss’s spend management platform. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful activation and long-term retention. You help customers achieve their finance goals through data-driven guidance and proactive upsell opportunities. This position combines customer-centric strategy with hands-on product feedback to shape ongoing value and satisfaction. • Drive customer engagement through scalable, value-focused relationships and champion activation of spend management features
• Identify upsell opportunities and product optimisations to increase value for existing accounts
• Measure success using KPIs and monitor revenue trajectory via metrics like spend engagement, SaaS uplift, and renewals
• Act as product ambassador by collecting and communicating client feedback to internal teams
• Design and improve client journey touchpoints to boost satisfaction and long-term retention

• Proven experience in a proactive commercial-centric role in B2B
• Prior upselling experience with products and features to existing clients
• Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1)
