Customer Support I – Temporary, Contract Position

• Support users with account access and login issues
• Assist with billing, payments, and subscriptions
• Help users configure and access podcasts
• Handle upgrades, cancellations, and plans
• Troubleshoot technical problems
• Follow up on and elevate cases when necessary
• Accompany users in their inquiries and help resolve issues related to the digital media product

Requirements

• Advanced/fluent English, oral and written
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Subscription Operations, or similar positions
• Excellent written communication skills
• Problem-solving, patience, and customer orientation
• Ability to explain technical topics simply
• Autonomy and good judgment to resolve and elevate situations
• Comfort working with different digital platforms
• Experience in SaaS, digital products, media, memberships, or subscription models is a plus
• Knowledge of payment platforms, podcasts, or Customer Support tools is a plus
