Overview

As Data Analytics Manager at Redcare Pharmacy you’ll lead a team of Data Analysts while staying technically close to analytics work. You’ll shape analytics standards and capabilities across the Data & AI organization in a matrix setup with cross-functional product teams. You’ll balance people development with delivery, influencing analytics approaches and ensuring scalable, high-quality solutions. This role offers impact at scale and a chance to grow the analytics function in a mission-driven environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Lead and coach a team of Data Analytics professionals, including performance management and career development.
Provide functional and technical leadership across Data Product teams and challenge analytical approaches.
Remain hands-on on analytics initiatives to add value without taking over day-to-day delivery.
Shape Data Analytics capability by establishing standards, practices, and governance.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Data Engineering leadership to ensure the right skills and environment for delivery.
Support workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, and talent development with the Director Data.

Zentrale Anforderungen

Strong hands-on Data Analytics or Analytics Engineering background with SQL, data modelling, BI, and modern analytics architectures.
Experience with modern cloud analytics platforms; Databricks, Power BI/Microsoft Fabric, and Azure ecosystem valued.
3+ years of people-management experience leading Data Analytics or similar teams.
Understanding business context through experience in a relevant domain.
Ability to lead in a matrix organization with influence and coaching rather than direct ownership of all deliveries.
Comfortable communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders and challenging approaches to reach better solutions.
