Overview

In this Analytics Lead role, you will steer advanced analytics initiatives to inform asset viability and scale data-driven insights for Patient Solutions and Evidence. You’ll lead and deliver high-impact analytics projects, partner with cross-functional teams, and supervise junior data scientists to translate insights into actionable recommendations. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on analytics, driving global data initiatives and complex studies. Your impact lies in reducing reliance on primary data while expanding data science influence across the organization.

Provide clear expertise to identify opportunities for advanced analytics and reduce primary data needs
Deliver high-impact analytics projects addressing critical business questions and visualizing findings for stakeholders
Serve as strategic partner to cross-functional teams and co-create data analytics plans with Patient Solutions Leads
Mentor and guide junior data scientists in applying cutting-edge analytics and communicating insights
Lead regional and local data-driven insights research and analytics plans
Foster a data science community with strong business acumen and clear communication across hubs and engines
Supervise advanced analytics studies ensuring appropriate methodologies and reliable results
Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and collaboration plans to broaden analytics impact
Attract, retain, and develop talent within the Advanced Analytics team
Champion a data-driven decision-making culture

Zentrale Anforderungen

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
8–10+ years in predictive modeling (ML, decision trees, ensembles, neural networks) and data transformation (cleansing, integration, fuzzy matching)
8–10+ years of program/project leadership from initiation to implementation
At least 8 years working with real-world data (Claims data, EMR, IQVIA, -omics)
8–10+ years programming/application development using Python or R (preferred)
