Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range $125,000-$158,000 with regional cost-of-living adjustments.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead design of complex digital products, platforms, and experiences from concept to execution.
• Facilitate workshops, presentations, and critiques with clients and teams.

Candidate Requirements

• 8+ years leading design of complex digital products or services.
• Strong product design expertise connecting user needs, business goals, and technical realities.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with strategy and technology partners.
