Description

BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a (Scheduled visit | On-site) "Desktop Support Specialist" in Germany .

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site desktop and deskside support.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Support Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft Office, and antivirus software.
• Deliver Smart Hands support for routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, RDP, and wireless connectivity.
• Maintain accurate ticket updates and escalated complex issues when needed.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of IT/Desktop Support experience.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and PC hardware.
• CompTIA A+ (preferred).
• English & German (B2 or above).
• Valid German work permit or EU work authorization.
