Digital Product Manager AI Technologies (m/f/d)

In this role you will own a medical AI-enabled product area from concept through release and ongoing improvement. You will collaborate with users, stakeholders, and AI engineers to define requirements, measure impact, and drive adoption. You will contribute to agile ceremonies and ensure the product delivers measurable value at scale. • Own a product area from user need through release and continuous improvement
• Engage users and stakeholders to define requirements and priorities
• Partner with AI engineers during development and delivery
• Define success criteria and validate value delivery
• Monitor product performance and user feedback for ongoing improvement
• Contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and team processes
• Support product communication and successful adoption across the organization

• 5+ years of experience in digital product management
• Experience working closely with software development teams
• Strong understanding of agile software development
• Ability to translate user needs into clear requirements and priorities
• Interest in AI technologies and curiosity about real-world AI behavior
• Strong communication skills with technical and business stakeholders
• Comfort with ownership, decision-making, and navigating ambiguity
• Excellent English skills; German a plus
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
