Overview

In this Product Manager role you own the end-to-end lifecycle from idea to delivery and improvement, turning business goals into a clear product vision and prioritized roadmap. You will collaborate with engineering, data, design, and platform teams to ensure feasible and scalable solutions. You’ll define success metrics and align backbone platforms with regional needs while supporting go-to-market activities. The role sits at the intersection of business and technology to drive data-driven decisions in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment. This is an opportunity to shape digital capabilities for Symrise’s global product portfolio.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration
Translate business goals into product vision, requirements, and roadmaps
Build and deploy new digital capabilities aligned with backlog and priorities
Collaborate with engineering, data, design, and platform teams to define scope and delivery plans
Ensure technical feasibility and scalability with architecture and integrations
Bridge business and technology through clear stakeholder communication
Define and monitor KPIs and success metrics to support data-driven decisions
Maintain backbone platforms to meet regional and divisional needs
Support go-to-market activities with marketing, sales, and operations
Manage and be accountable for product-related budget and spendings
Stay updated with digital trends and product management best practices

Zentrale Anforderungen

3–7 years of experience in product management, digital product ownership, or technical project management
Strong understanding of digital technologies, including web/mobile platforms, APIs, and system integrations
Proven experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
