Director, Forma Design Industry Strategy

In this role you will shape the Strategy for Forma Industry Cloud and steer its GTM direction. You’ll translate market, customer, and product signals into a clear point of view and align leadership across product, sales, marketing, and customer success. You’ll evangelize Forma internally and externally, while grounding strategy in product reality. The position spans global collaboration, across Europe and the US, to drive adoption and value realization in the AECO ecosystem.

• Lead the Forma Industry Cloud strategy and GTM direction, prioritizing investments and differentiation
• Turn customer, market, competitive, and product signals into a clear point of view using qualitative, quantitative, and AI-enabled insights
• Guide pricing, packaging, portfolio clarity, and adoption to demonstrate value across planning, design, and delivery
• Create frameworks, briefs, and recommendations to support confident leadership decisions
• Evangelize Forma internally and externally, building awareness and momentum
• Represent Forma with customers, partners, and at industry events; share customer stories and outcomes to inspire adoption
• Engage with customers and partners to test approaches and feedback into the organization
• Collaborate with the Forma design product team to inform the product roadmap with market and customer insight
• Coordinate with Autodesk's global strategy team to align Forma with the broader Industry Cloud vision
• Establish an operating rhythm to align strategy, messaging, and field execution

• 10+ years across strategy, GTM, product, or management consulting with exposure to AEC
• Proven track record leading teams and delivering measurable business results
• Deep understanding of AEC workflows and digital transformation opportunities
• Experience representing a product or company externally to customers, analysts, and at events
• Strong command of data and AI-enabled tools for insights; familiarity with cloud platforms and data-driven workflows
• Bachelor’s degree in business, strategy, architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Ability to work across regions (Europe and US time zones) and in a matrixed environment
• Comfort engaging with senior executives, customers, and partners as a trusted advisor
