Responsibilities

• Be the strategic partner and trusted advisor to healthcare clients
• Own the success of clients, ensuring a delightful start
• Help clients realize value through adoption, innovation, and collaboration
• Drive implementations of Coding solutions across the enterprise
• Lead change management, tech and compliance enablement activities
• Institute sustainable processes for delivery

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience working in US healthcare
• 5+ years experience in Coding
• AAPC, AHIMA, other coding certifications
• Familiar with EHR workflow, clinical documentation, CDI, and medical coding
• Customer Management skills especially in dealing with Physicians, Clinical Champions, CMO, CMIO and Practice Leaders
• Structured, methodical, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
