Director of Analytics & Business Intelligence (Fully Remote)

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BI analysts and developers to foster high performance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute the BI and analytics roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Establish clear priorities, operating rhythms, and intake processes for analytics requests.

Business Intelligence & Analytics Enablement:

• Deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reports using tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Sigma.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and business performance reporting with clear KPIs.
• Facilitate self-service analytics with intuitive dashboards and enablement resources.
• Evaluate and implement AI-assisted analytics tools to improve insight speed and quality.
• Use AI to accelerate dashboard development, automate analysis, and uncover hidden insights.
• Develop best practices for responsible AI use in analytics, including data accuracy and governance.

Data Quality, Governance & Cross-Functional Partnership:

• Partner with Data Engineering and business teams to ensure reliable reporting datasets.
• Define and maintain business metric definitions, reporting standards, and governance practices.
• Promote a strong data culture by helping teams understand and act on data.
