Email Marketing & Marketing Automation Specialist — Graphic Skills

• Independently create and implement email marketing campaigns in Marketo based on provided briefs and campaign requirements.
• Independently produce all graphics required for newsletters in Photoshop.
• Create, maintain and optimize automated customer journeys.
• Audience segmentation and maintenance/updating of the various target groups.
• Quality assurance of newsletters and campaigns, including testing, send approvals and proofing.
• Analyze and evaluate campaign performance and derive optimization measures.
• Work closely with the Business Intelligence team as the interface to our CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with Channel Marketing Managers, business units, external agencies and international teams.
• Support the further development of marketing automation processes.
• Assist the graphics team in producing online and print assets according to corporate identity (CI): web/social banners (static/animated), one-pagers, etc.
