In this Engineering Manager role you lead and grow high-performing product teams in a fast-paced, international tech environment. You start hands-on to understand the codebase, then shift to shaping teams, architecture, and delivery for high-traffic B2C products. You enable engineers to grow, drive architectural decisions, and maintain reliability while aligning with business goals. • Build and lead engineers across one product team with potential to expand to multiple teams
• Remain hands-on where needed to provide technical guidance, reviews, and problem-solving
• Foster personal and professional growth of engineers through mentoring and purpose
• Ensure adoption of new technologies and architectural decisions that benefit product teams and business
• Own delivery and reliability of teams' products in a high-traffic environment
• Contribute to broader initiatives to raise engineering standards and define ways of working

• Experience as an Engineering Manager in cross-functional product teams
• Proven ability to scale web applications and manage technical challenges pragmatically
• Proficiency with TypeScript, Vue.js, frontend tooling, and backend integrations (Node.js/ PHP)
• Strong ownership, communication, and alignment in remote/distributed contexts
• Mentoring capability and track record of building successful teams
• Fluent English (C1); comfortable in international environments
