Engineering Program Manager (Fully Remote)

• Communicate: Provide clear, timely, and objective communication across the tech organization, teams, leadership, and strategic customers.
• Optimize: Break down complex issues into strategies, driving alignment with product, business, and marketing.
• Plan: Create and manage schedules, identify dependencies, manage risks, and drive organizational alignment.

Required Experience:

• At least 5 years as an Engineering or Technical Program Manager, with 2 years in customer-facing technical delivery for enterprise AI software.
• Knowledge or experience with LLM training or optimization is a key differentiator.
• Detail-oriented, self-organized, and excellent at capturing notes and tracking progress.
