ENGINEER/SPECIALIST PLANNER (M/F/D)

Your responsibilities:

• Planning, tendering, and awarding contracts for building services systems in accordance with HOAI §53, service phases 1–7
• Project coordination with building owners, architects, and contractors
• Collaboration with our site managers
• Schedule and cost monitoring, quality assurance in projects

You should meet the following requirements:

• A successfully completed degree in building services engineering/technical building equipment/energy engineering (B.Eng., M.Eng., Dipl.-Ing., technician) or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the design of building services systems
• Proficiency in industry-standard CAD and calculation software such as REVIT, AutoCAD MEP, Solar, or Linear
• Very good knowledge of the VOB and HOAI
• A structured, methodical, and dedicated approach to work
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as a strong customer focus
