As Enterprise Architect for AI Governance & Architecture, you shape and evolve the group-wide architectural practice with a focus on AI. You define AI reference architectures, guardrails, and decision frameworks to keep AI initiatives scalable, secure, and compliant with business and IT strategy. You collaborate with IT, AI & Digitalization Office, Security, Legal, Compliance, Data Protection and Risk Management to implement a unified AI governance approach. You assess AI initiatives for value, risk, and portfolio impact, promoting reusable capabilities and cross-portfolio transparency. • Shape and advance the Enterprise Architecture discipline with AI focus
• Define AI reference architectures, guardrails and decision frameworks
• Collaborate with IT, AI & Digitalization Office and key functions (InfoSec, Legal, Compliance, DPO, Risk) for governance
• Evolve AI governance processes to reflect regulatory and policy requirements
• Evaluate and prioritize AI initiatives for business value, risk, and long-term portfolio impact
• Increase transparency of AI portfolio and promote reusable platforms and patterns
• Advise IT, business and AI teams on architectural best practices and target architectures
• Establish partnerships with stakeholders and governance bodies to ensure alignment between business goals and architectural integrity

• Several years of experience in Enterprise or IT architecture, business architecture or technology strategy
• Good understanding of architecture governance, cloud technologies, and digital transformation
• Solid understanding of AI trends and AI-enabled business capabilities with governance implications
• Experience defining architecture principles, reference architectures, guardrails, standards or governance processes
• Familiarity with regulatory, security, data protection and compliance considerations related to AI
• Ability to translate business and regulatory needs into pragmatic architectural guidance
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
