Event Operations Senior Associate (Fully Remote)

• We are seeking a highly organized, detail-obsessed Event Operations Senior Associate to join our Events team.
• You will be the operational engine behind Garner's Tier 1 owned events, multi-day national programs.
• This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role for someone who loves the details and thrives in the run-up to a major event.

What you will do:

• Own end-to-end logistics for Garner's Tier 1 owned events, including rooming lists, food and beverage, decor, and transportation.
• Manage venue and vendor sourcing, run RFPs, and review contracts for accuracy and pricing.
• Execute flawlessly onsite, troubleshooting in real time to ensure a seamless experience.

The ideal candidate has:

• 3+ years of experience in event operations, logistics, or hospitality, ideally supporting large multi-day events.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with a proactive, execution-oriented work style.
• Comfort with event tools like Swoogo, Asana, and Google Workspace, and willingness to travel up to 50%.
