Product Operations Associate (Fully Remote)

• Triage and resolve support requests from users and partners via the Fieldprint Platform.
• Maintain GitHub ticketing workflow and track status of incoming requests.
• Test new features, document findings, and communicate issues to the development team.
• Support Science and Technology team meetings with scheduling, note-taking, and follow-ups.
• Develop presentations, reports, and grant proposals for internal and external audiences.
• Contribute to product documentation and roadmap evolution.

Growth and Development:

• Build technical skills in product operations and environmental metrics over time.
• Assist with prototyping and exploring new Platform features as skills develop.
• Attend events and conferences, with up to 20% travel required.
