Marketing Associate, Embedded Insurance Programs (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize policyholder campaigns and lifecycle touchpoints from welcome through renewal.
• Carry direct revenue accountability, ensuring campaign performance translates into program growth.
• Monitor and improve evergreen and lifecycle touchpoints based on performance data.
• Align with brand partners' marketing teams to coordinate co-marketing calendars.
• Tailor brand marketing kits to each partner and support new partner launches.

Growth & Tools

• Use AI tools fluently for drafting, asset creation, and campaign ideation.
• Draft and post company social media supporting policyholder events and product launches.
• Help expand policyholder marketing into new verticals launching in the coming months.
