Demand Planning Associate (Fully Remote)

• Build and maintain baseline statistical forecasts at SKU/customer/channel level using demand planning software.
• Conduct monthly forecast review cycles with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain stakeholders.
• Support new item launch forecasting and post-promotional performance analysis.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years experience in demand planning, supply chain, or sales analytics in CPG.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
