Executive Assistant (f/m/d)

Tensor AI Solutions is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team.

Job position – Your responsibilities

• Operational and organizational support for management in day-to-day business
• Appointment, travel, and calendar coordination, including preparation and follow-up
• Preparation of meetings, workshops, and committee meetings (agenda, documents, minutes)
• Creation and preparation of presentations, decision-making bases, and reports
• Communication with internal and external stakeholders (partners, customers, funding agencies, institutions)
• Support with strategic projects, funding initiatives, and investor activities
• Management of confidential information with the utmost discretion
• Optional: Support with office management, HR, or controlling-related tasks (depending on profile)

Your profile

• Several years of experience as a management assistant, executive assistant, or in a comparable role desirable
• Very good organizational and communication skills
• Independent, structured, and forward-thinking approach to work
• High level of reliability, discretion, and loyalty
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Confident use of MS Office / common office applications, ideally experience with project management tools
• An affinity for technology, AI, and innovation projects is an advantage.
