Export & Order Processing Coordinator (m/f/d)

HASYTEC (now Ultrasonic Tech GmbH, part of the ERMA TECH Group) develops and markets highly innovative ultrasonic technology that prevents biofouling on liquid-carrying surfaces. Our systems protect more than 300 ships, offshore platforms, and maritime installations worldwide efficiently, sustainably, and with low maintenance requirements. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a structured and detail-oriented Export & Order Processing Coordinator (m/f/d) who will manage international order processing, export and logistics operations and ensure that all processes run smoothly.

• Process international customer orders from order receipt through to delivery
• Coordinate with Sales, Production and Finance
• Organise and monitor international shipments
• Prepare export and customs documentation, including invoices and packing lists
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and Incoterms
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, distributors and logistics partners
• Monitor deliveries and resolve operational issues
• Support process optimisation and digitalisation initiatives

Your Profile

• Two to five years of experience in export, logistics or order processing
• Good knowledge of international trade and export procedures
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Very good command of German and English
• Experience in a technical or industrial environment is an advantage
