Finance Partner - Audit, Advisory & Corporate Finance - German / English (m/f/d), Munich

In this role you will help establish and grow the German operations of a young, independent advisory and audit group. You will develop Corporate Finance and Advisory activities in Germany, build a robust network with entrepreneurs, banks and advisors, and guide SME to mid-market clients on financing, growth and acquisitions. You’ll shape the Munich office and contribute to the firm’s long-term strategy, with a clear path toward partnership.

• Develop and grow Corporate Finance and Advisory activities in Germany
• Build long-term relationships with entrepreneurs, shareholders, family-owned businesses, banks, investors, and professional advisors
• Advise SME and mid-market clients on financing, growth, acquisitions, succession, and strategic projects
• Identify and originate new business opportunities within your network
• Contribute to the development of the Munich office, including team growth and market positioning
• Participate in the firm's long-term development strategy in Germany

• 10+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, Debt Advisory, Transaction Services, M&A, Structured Finance, Banking, or related advisory activities
• Strong network within the Bavarian and/or German SME and Mittelstand ecosystem
• Proven ability to develop trusted relationships with business leaders and decision-makers
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow a business
• Commercially driven while maintaining a hands-on approach
• Fluent German and English; French is a plus
