About the role

Our Customer Support team is the first point of contact for millions around the world, delivering fast, thoughtful help when it matters most. They're the voice of our customers, working closely with product teams to improve experiences and keep wow-level service at the heart of Revolut.

We’re looking for a Subject Matter Expert with experience in financial investigations to lead complex cases. You'll manage AML risks and make independent decisions on case resolutions, in addition to assisting with process optimisation and procedures updates.

What you’ll be doing

• Performing risk assessment of complex financial crime cases, such as money laundering, fraud, etc.
• Providing expertise for high-risk cases escalated from the business
• Enhancing analytical and investigative functions related to AML activities
• Ensuring alignment of our procedures with external regulations and internal policies
• Assessing and validating financial crime risks associated with high-risk customers
• Providing high-quality and timely independent views on FinCrime related risks
• Cooperating closely with vendor partners
• Collaborating cross-functionally to enhance processes and reduce volumes

What you'll need

• Experience with financial investigations, preferably in a large financial institution, government, or law enforcement agency
• A solid understanding of AML/CTF governance, regulatory control frameworks, and best practices
• Knowledge of risk indicators related to money laundering and terrorist financing typologies
• The ability to work multiple cases independently and meet strict deadlines
• Impressive analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Excellent report writing skills
• Fluency in English with impeccable communication skills
