In this role you will help design, build, and operate AI-native enterprise applications within cross-functional delivery teams. You bring solid software engineering fundamentals and growing AI/ML expertise to create production-grade solutions for enterprise customers. You’ll work under guidance to implement features, prototype AI components, and ensure reliability, while expanding your skills through code reviews, documentation, and collaboration. - Develop production-grade, cloud-native apps that integrate AI capabilities (LLMs, RAG pipelines, agent-based components)
- Collaborate within customer projects and cross-functional teams to understand business processes and needs
- Implement features, components, and integrations while upholding code quality and standards
- Prototype, test, and iterate AI solutions in customer environments based on feedback
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and design sessions
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve deployed solutions for reliability
- Contribute to documentation, reusable components, and engineering best practices
- Stay current with AI/ML developments and apply new techniques to improve solutions
- Solid software engineering foundations with Python proficiency
- Experience in at least one cloud-native development environment
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), and API-based AI services
- Exposure to data pipelines, MLOps, or AI/ML model integration in apps
- Ability to work in teams, follow engineering standards, and own tasks
- Curiosity, adaptability, growth mindset, and willingness to learn quickly
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD
- Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration
- Interest in SAP AI technologies (SAP AI Core, SAP BTP) is a plus
