FP&A Manager (m/f/d) - Central Europe & Nordics

Your responsibilities

• Comprehensive Financial Operations & Process Execution: Actively participate in and manage operational finance processes across one or multiple financial disciplines, including corporate finance management, cost and expense controlling, budgeting, treasury & cash flow management, accounting coordination, and internal control activities.
• Routine Operations & Continuous Process Improvement : Take ownership of day-to-day financial operations within the assigned area of responsibility. Continuously analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and drive optimization initiatives to improve accuracy, transparency, and operational efficiency.
• Financial Reporting & Management Support : Prepare regular financial reports, management presentations, and ad-hoc analyses for local and regional leadership teams to support business reviews and strategic planning.
• Data Analysis & System Utilization : Utilize financial systems and analytical tools to ensure high-quality financial data, improve reporting automation, and support data-driven decision-making processes.
• Risk Management & Compliance : Support financial governance, internal controls, and compliance processes to ensure adherence to corporate policies, financial regulations, and audit requirements.
• Cross-functional & International Collaboration : Work closely with local and global teams across Finance, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, and HQ functions to provide financial insights, identify business risks and opportunities, and support performance improvement initiatives.
• Global Mindset : Base initial operations on practical workflows in domestic positions within China to deeply understand the company’s financial and management culture. Through on-the-job learning, rapidly develop into an international financial backbone to support the company’s global expansion.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in financial Management, accounting, or other related disciplines.
• Further qualifications is a plus - ACCA, CPA, CFA or recipients of academic scholarships.
• Strong experience in controlling and financial planning, preferably within Chinese companies.
• Proficient and fluent in English and Chinese are a must; proficiency in additional foreign languages is a strong plus.
• Willing to accept global relocations/assignments.
