Global Head of Logistics

In this role you will define and drive Stäubli’s global logistics and distribution strategy across North America, Europe and Asia. You will lead a high-performing, multinational logistics organization within a matrix structure, aligning with growth objectives and sustainability goals. You will oversee end-to-end operations, optimize networks, and push digitalization and compliance to enable resilient, cost-efficient performance. • Define and steer global logistics strategy with governance for transportation, warehousing, customs, and footprint decisions
• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations across inbound, intercompany, outbound, and service flows with focus on service levels and reliability
• Own cost performance and partner strategy, manage the budget, and drive data-driven performance with reporting and dashboards
• Redesign distribution networks and optimize transportation lanes and warehouse structures
• Lead major transformations including automation and system implementations while balancing global consistency with regional needs
• Drive digitalization, resilience, and compliance through WMS, TMS, analytics, and cross-functional integration
• Mitigate geopolitical, regulatory, capacity, and disruption risks, including customs compliance
• Advance sustainability and ESG reporting, building an international logistics team and partnering with senior stakeholders across functions

• Extensive experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations with international leadership
• Track record in a global industrial, manufacturing, or distribution setting, ideally with CHF/1bn+ revenue experience
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-region logistics networks and lead large-scale transformations
• Deep expertise in transportation, warehousing, international trade, customs, and 3PL/provider management
• Strong strategic and operational leadership with proven cost optimization and ROI-driven results
• High digital literacy with experience implementing WMS, TMS, and analytics tools
• Excellent leadership, change management, and stakeholder influence in multicultural environments
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field; MBA or advanced education is a plus
• Fluent English; German, French, or Mandarin is advantageous
