Head of Global Logistics Planning & Fulfillment (m/w/d)

As Director Global Logistics Planning & Fulfillment, you shape the global planning governance and performance across the supply chain. You drive standardized, data-driven planning using AI analytics to optimize delivery, inventory, and service levels. You own KPI governance for distribution centers worldwide and serve as the functional authority across regions. This role offers impact through global standards, forecasting evolution, and cross-business collaboration.

• Define and govern global Logistics Planning & Fulfillment standards across all DCs
• Ensure standardized Demand and Supply Planning processes within distribution centers
• Improve order fulfillment, delivery quality, and OTIF/ KPI10 performance
• Own global inventory performance and develop inventory strategies and optimization initiatives
• Develop and implement standardized forecasting models, including AI-driven forecasting
• Align forecasting, SIOP, and operations within DCs
• Establish global inventory management standards (safety stock, lead times, MOQ) with Global OPS MP&L
• Lead global HD&I initiatives within Logistics Planning & Fulfillment
• Maintain governance, transparency, and escalation across regions and DC operations
• Maintain consistent backorder management practices for Aftermarket and HD&I

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Administration (or related field)
• 10+ years in Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, or Fulfillment
• Strong expertise in Demand & Supply Planning, SIOP, and DC operations
• Experience with forecasting tools, SAP-based planning systems, and AI analytics
• Proven global inventory management and optimization experience
• Leadership of global subject-matter-expert teams
• Fluent in English; other languages advantageous
