Head of Global Supply Chain Planning & Execution (m/f/d)

In this leadership role, you will oversee end-to-end supply chain planning across a global outsourced network to ensure reliable patient supply. You will drive cross-functional alignment through S&OP/IBP, balance demand, supply, and inventory, and partner with CMOs and external stakeholders. You will lead a global planning organization, push digital transformation in planning, and manage risk to sustain product availability. • Lead planning processes including S&OP and IBP to drive cross-functional alignment and performance
• Align demand forecasts, supply plans and business objectives
• Manage end-to-end supply planning across global CMOs
• Ensure reliable product supply via proactive risk and inventory management
• Drive short-term supply chain execution and issue resolution
• Build strong partnerships with CMOs and external supply chain partners
• Lead and develop a global planning organization
• Advance planning systems, analytics and digital transformation initiatives

• Degree in relevant field (see required_education)
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred
• Several years of leadership experience in supply chain planning
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences or chemical & nutrition environments
• Strong expertise in S&OP, IBP and end-to-end supply chain processes
• Experience with SAP, planning solutions and reporting tools
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and decision-making skills
• Fluent English; additional languages advantageous
