Global OT-Security Engineer m/f/d

In this role you secure global manufacturing environments by designing, implementing, and operating OT security solutions. You drive global OT security standards, governance, and ensure alignment with IT and cybersecurity frameworks. You balance compliance with GxP, ISO 27001, IEC 62443, and NIS2 while enabling IT/OT convergence and secure cloud integration. You work across teams to maintain resilient, auditable OT/IT infrastructure and support audits to ensure system availability. • Design, implement and operate OT security solutions to ensure compliance, resilience and seamless OT-IT integration
• Drive global OT security standards and governance across the organization
• Align OT security with IT and cybersecurity frameworks
• Support IT/OT convergence and secure cloud integration
• Ensure compliance with GxP, ISO 27001, IEC 62443, NIS2
• Design and operate secure OT environments (networks and systems)
• Implement network segmentation, remote access, and system hardening
• Manage OT security tools (monitoring and endpoint protection)
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability management
• Support audits and ensure system availability

• Degree in IT, Engineering, or similar
• Experience in OT security / industrial IT / infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of OT security, networking, and systems
• Familiar with IEC 62443, ISO 27001, or NIST
• Experience in regulated environments (pharma/GxP) is a plus
• Fluent in English
