Global P&C Solution Manager Total Rewards (m/f/d)

In this role, you will lead Total Rewards as a strategic lever to drive performance, competitiveness, and transformation. You will design global, market-aligned compensation structures and benefits strategies that are fair and cost-efficient. You will establish a consistent job architecture and oversee global job evaluation, benchmarking, and incentive models. You will guide governance, analytics, and projects that modernize the HR landscape and enable regional flexibility, collaborating with international stakeholders to shape the rewards agenda.

• Drive Total Rewards as a strategic lever for performance and transformation
• Design and maintain market-driven, performance-based compensation structures and global benefits strategies
• Ensure fairness, transparency, compliance, and cost efficiency across Total Rewards
• Establish globally consistent job architecture, evaluation, and grading systems
• Conduct market analyses, benchmarking, and personnel cost reviews
• Develop and implement global incentive models and manage annual compensation cycles
• Define governance, standards, and guardrails while enabling regional flexibility
• Lead and contribute to global Total Rewards projects and HR modernization initiatives
• Leverage data and analytics for fact-based compensation decisions
• Contribute to high-impact global HR transformation topics

• Degree in Business, HR, IT, Statistics, or a comparable field
• Proven experience managing global compensation frameworks in complex matrix organizations
• Excellent analytical skills and strong communication abilities
• Experience in managing complex projects and influencing senior stakeholders
• Very good written and spoken German and English; intercultural competence with international stakeholders
