Global Process Manager (m/f/d) - SAP S/4HANA Dispatch in End-to-End O2C Process

As Global Process Manager for Sales & Distribution, you will design and harmonize end-to-end order-to-dispatch processes within SAP S/4HANA to enable digital, scalable logistics. You will drive cross-functional standardization and global process governance, collaborating with sites and regions to improve material and information flow. Your work will support international transformation initiatives and establish a robust network of global process experts. This role offers impact on how we ship, fulfill orders, and partner with customers at scale.

• Design and implement global processes based on SAP S/4HANA (Order-to-Dispatch, shipping, delivery, and EDI)
• End-to-end optimization of shipping and logistics with focus on material and information flow, automation, and standardization
• Lead international transformation and digitalization projects across cross-functional teams
• Govern change management by prioritizing and coordinating requests with process/technology experts
• Develop KPIs and apply analytics/tools (e.g., process mining) to monitor performance
• Create and maintain global standards, policies, training, and process documentation
• Build and support a global key user network and provide regional first-level support
• Interface with Sales, Lean, Production, IT, and Supply Chain to ensure end-to-end process consistency

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a comparable role
• Strong expertise in shipping planning and execution and material flow processes
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA SD and EWM; understanding of customizing
• Knowledge of WM, MM, TM is an advantage
• Experience in international project management and change management
• LEAN knowledge is a plus
• Business fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous
• Willingness to travel up to 40%
