Overview

In this role, you will shape and advance process safety across CordenPharma’s global manufacturing network. As the global subject matter expert, you will drive harmonization, governance, and continuous improvement of safety practices across Europe, the US, and China. You will partner with local SHE teams and site leaders to strengthen safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance. This position offers the chance to influence safety standards and implement scalable, digital solutions. You’ll operate at the intersection of safety, technology, and global collaboration to protect people and processes.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Develop and improve global process safety standards, concepts, and guidelines
Drive harmonization and standardization of process safety practices worldwide
Lead global process safety initiatives and risk management programs
Support the integration of new sites into the global SHE organization
Strengthen process safety culture and Behavior-Based Safety programs
Conduct and follow up on SHE and process safety audits
Support sites with PSCI requirements and process safety implementation
Design and deliver global training programs and workshops
Facilitate best-practice sharing and continuous improvement
Leverage digital SHE solutions, including Power BI, Power Apps, and AI-based tools

Zentrale Anforderungen

Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Process Engineering, Safety Management, or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in the chemical or related process industry
Strong expertise in process safety, risk management, OSHA, EU regulations, and ISO 45001
Experience with audits, hazard analysis, incident investigations, and safety reviews
Excellent communication skills and a passion for driving safety culture
Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally (20–50%)
