Global Process Manager Accounting (f/m/d)

In this role you lead the Accounts Payable, Receivable and Cross Services teams within Accounting Services, guiding international digitalization and process optimization. You ensure accurate financial statements under HGB and IFRS and collaborate with Shared Service Center in Brașov. You drive SAP-based finance transformation and oversee governance of master data and service billing. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders and act as a primary contact for auditors, shaping efficient, compliant financial operations.

• Provide technical and managerial leadership to Accounts Payable, Receivable and Cross Services teams
• Ensure operational accounting quality and efficiency, identifying optimization opportunities
• Prepare day-to-day operations and periodic financial statements under HGB and IFRS
• Drive digitalization and automation of accounting; lead projects and support S/4HANA rollouts
• Oversee travel expense report reviews for compliance
• Manage accounts receivable, trade credit insurance, and receivables/collections processes
• Govern master data changes and ensure compliant service billing with quality assurance
• Collaborate with Corporate IT, Corporate Tax, Purchasing, Controlling; serve as key user for processes and primary contact for auditors

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on accounting or equivalent
• Experience in technical and disciplinary team leadership
• Proven change management and transformation leadership at international level
• Practical accounting knowledge in corporate/shared service contexts
• Proficiency in preparing HGB and IFRS financial statements
• Very good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA FI, CO, MM, and Concur
