Global Project Manager (m/f/d) After Sales-Supply Chain Transformation

In this role you drive global transformation projects to deliver end-to-end supply chain improvements for after-sales. You will plan, lead, and govern initiatives across cross-functional teams and with customers, ensuring milestones are met within budget. You’ll develop charters, business cases, and operating models, while managing change and communication at checkpoints. This position blends IT-enabled transformation with hands-on project management in a global, fast-moving environment.

• Plan and lead transformation projects to deliver expected outcomes on time and within budget
• Develop project charter and business case (value, ROI)
• Set up project organization and governance structures
• Define target operating model for the transformation
• Evaluate and implement tools/solutions
• Create and execute communication and change management plans
• Coordinate stabilization phase and verify achievement for signoff
• Travel 10-20%

• Bachelor in Business Administration in a relevant field
• Proven project management skills in waterfall and agile
• PM tools and methods proficiency
• Certifications like Prince2 or Scrum Master are a plus
• MS 365 basics (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project) is a plus
• PowerBI experience is a plus
• Experience in transformation projects and supply chain (sales/after-sales)
• Data quality improvement and IT implementation experience
• Strong planning, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a global environment
• Good English (written and spoken); German and/or Japanese a plus
