Global Sales Planning Manager

Drive and implement Workday Adaptive Planning capabilities for sales planning and territory and quota setting
Work with external implementation vendors to educate them on company processes and ensure requirements are addressed during onboarding
Curate Sales Planning tool views with Regional Sales Operations for fiscal-year planning analysis
Interpret, validate, and analyze data outputs using dashboarding, modeling, and data visualization techniques
Develop data products and views for planning and target setting across Revenue Operations and Genesys teams
Manage and facilitate regional reporting requirements
Remove duplication of effort and leverage centrally produced dashboards and reports
Capture business reporting requirements and include them in global reporting initiatives
Reconcile data from various sources and help automate analytics supporting planning
Provide insights into program and investment effectiveness and report progress against planning assumptions
Drive a globally consistent cadence planning schedule with the Global Planning Lead
Incorporate hierarchy changes and strategic initiatives into the planning framework
Create consistent cross-functional vocabulary and integrate a globally consistent capacity model
Align outputs and insights with corporate strategic pillars and Finance’s budget processes
Curate and develop management reporting templates and dashboards
Coach and enable stakeholders to derive insights and drive action from analytics
Manage projects and adapt to stakeholder preferences

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree Business, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
Proven experience with the development and implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning
Understanding of sales processes, quota & territory modelling, target setting, and compensation models
Advanced level in Excel leveraging PowerBI, advanced formulas, financial modelling, and PowerPoint
Strong knowledge of and experience writing in SQL; SOQL knowledge is a plus
Experience in automating workflows leveraging ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI tools
Experience in Salesforce workflows, Snowflake, Databricks, Tableau, and running SQL queries
Minimum 8+ years professional experience in analytics, operations, or planning type role
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a track record of presenting to senior management
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to capture stakeholder needs and translate them into written application and operational requirements
Ability to work cross culturally and across business units

Demonstrates expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning implementation and sales process analytics, with strong capabilities in data visualization, SQL, and advanced Excel functions. Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
