Green Factory Solutions Reporting Manager (m/f/d)

In this role you will drive auditable GFS and EU Taxonomy reporting to support Green Factory Solutions at our Stuttgart headquarters. You will harmonize data, conduct analyses, and coordinate with regional sales teams to ensure compliant, traceable reporting. You will contribute to the sustainability report and support external audits, while partnering with Group Accounting and the Shared Service Center to improve processes. This position offers meaningful impact on regulatory compliance and transparent sustainability disclosures.

• Manage GFS- and EU Taxonomy-related opportunities in Salesforce CRM with complete, auditable documentation
• Prepare and evaluate inquiries and eligibility assessments for Green Factory Solutions and EU Taxonomy in collaboration with regional sales managers
• Prepare, analyze and validate data for monthly GFS reporting to the Board of Management, including KPI monitoring and variance analysis
• Support the annual sustainability report and external audits with reliable calculations and system-based evidence
• Coordinate with Group Accounting and Shared Service Center to harmonize reporting standards and improve processes

• Degree in business administration, accounting, controlling, sustainability management or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in accounting, controlling, sustainability reporting or compliance
• Familiarity with group accounting structures, ERP & CRM systems and shared service center environments
• Interest in EU Taxonomy requirements, reporting logic and regulatory developments
• Strong analytical and data-handling skills with a structured, detail-oriented working style
• Confident communicator able to work across sales, accounting, controlling and sustainability functions
• Fluent in German and English
