Group Accountant – Service Sector

Responsibilities

• Preparation and further development of the consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• Management of complex accounting and consolidation issues, including intercompany reconciliations
• Coordination of audits and collaboration with external auditors
• Involvement in transfer pricing arrangements and documentation
• Optimization of accounting and reporting processes at group level
• Acting as an interface to internal departments and external partners (auditors, tax advisors)
• Support for liquidity management and related processes
• Preparation of analyses and participation in projects and initiatives

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in group accounting, ideally in a comparable role
• Ideally a degree in economics, business administration, or a comparable qualification with a focus on finance, controlling, or accounting
• Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong numerical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
• Confident user of MS Office, particularly Excel, and ideally experience with ERP systems and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Team player with initiative and a high level of responsibility
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
