Responsibilities

• Drive the design, execution, and evolution of recruitment programs.
• Enhance global recruitment programs including employee referrals and internal mobility.
• Optimize the Workday Recruiting module.
• Analyze hiring metrics and workflows to enhance effectiveness.
• Provide insights and recommendations to strengthen hiring outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Programs, HR Systems (Workday Recruiting), or Talent/People Strategy roles.
• Hands‑on experience with Workday Recruiting.
• Proven experience designing and managing multiple recruitment programs.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and improvements.
• Clear communication skills, fluent in English and German.
