Growth Leader, Power Generation (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities

• Develop Power Delivery projects including Transmission, Distribution, Substation, and Renewable Energy.
• Achieve new business with existing clients by enhancing key relationships and leading capture planning.
• Mentor the energy team and participate in strategy development and contract negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of relevant energy industry experience.
• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong business focus, market insight, and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range $160,000 - $220,000 per year for CO, IL, and MN locations.
