Head of Observability (Fully Remote)

• Define and lead the end-to-end observability strategy across internal systems and customer-facing products.
• Architect and evolve a unified observability platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Establish SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and capacity planning frameworks.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3+ years in technical leadership or engineering management.
• Deep expertise in observability domains including logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting.
• Strong hands‑on experience with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ClickHouse, or OpenTelemetry.
• Fully remote global work environment with flexibility to work from anywhere.
