Growth Marketing Manager - Paid Ads, Funnels & Automation (Part-Time or Contract)

Are you into performance marketing, paid ads, funnels, and health and wellness? Vital Cryotherapy is hiring.

Vital Cryotherapy is a health and wellness business in Yaletown, Vancouver offering whole-body cryotherapy and red light therapy. We're a small, established business with a collaborative, relaxed environment, but we're ambitious about where we want to take the brand.

We're looking for a hands‑on growth marketer who can help us build and continually improve the system we use to acquire new customers.

This isn't a role where you'll simply be handed finished ads to upload into Meta. We want someone who can look at the entire customer journey, develop ideas, build the systems, test them, and improve them based on what the numbers tell us.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and optimize our Meta (Instagram and Facebook) advertising.
• Develop ad angles, hooks, offers, messaging, and creative concepts
• Give our content team clear direction on what ads and footage we should produce.
• Build and improve landing pages.
• Build SMS and email follow-up campaigns.
• Set up CRM workflows, automations, and customer journeys.
• Set up and improve conversion tracking and reporting.
• Test different ads, offers, landing pages, and follow-up sequences
• Identify where customers are dropping off and make changes to improve conversion.
• Help us continually develop a better customer acquisition system.

Ad - Landing Page - Purchase/Lead - SMS/Email Follow-Up - Booking - Customer

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for someone who is both strategic and hands‑on . You don’t need to know every marketing platform in existence, but you should have strong experience with areas such as:

• Meta Ads / paid social.
• Direct-response and performance marketing.
• Landing pages and conversion optimization.
• CRM and marketing automation.
• SMS and email marketing.
• Funnel building.
• Conversion tracking and analytics.

Experience with platforms such as HighLevel / GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Keap, ActiveCampaign, Vendasta, or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms is a strong asset.

We’re not married to one particular platform. If you know a better way to build something, we’re open to it.

Experience marketing wellness, fitness, beauty, local services, DTC, memberships, or subscription businesses is also a plus.

Details:

• Part-time / contract.
• Flexible hours.
• Vancouver-based applicants are welcome, and strong remote candidates will also be considered.
• $50–$75 CAD/hour depending on experience.
