Growth Tech & Agentic Commerce Advisory Senior Manager (all genders)

In this role you drive AI-enabled growth through agentic commerce. You connect business goals with autonomous, real-time systems that orchestrate journeys, decisions, and transactions. You will shape strategy, governance, and ecosystems, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate intent into scalable AI‑driven capabilities. • develop Agentic Commerce strategies and blueprints aligning business, marketing and data objectives with AI-driven architectures
• assess existing Growth Tech and commerce ecosystems to identify gaps and design future-state agentic architectures
• design AI-powered decisioning frameworks (next-best-action, recommendations, autonomous journey orchestration)
• define operating and governance models for AI agents, data ownership, model governance, privacy and consent management
• facilitate cross-functional workshops translating business intent into agentic use cases and technical enablers
• support platform and capability selection across CDP, DXP, commerce platforms, AI/ML, decisioning engines and orchestration layers
• define business cases and KPI frameworks linking agentic capabilities to revenue uplift, conversions and CLV
• collaborate with architects and delivery teams for end-to-end alignment from strategy to execution
• mentor junior colleagues and contribute to capability building within Song

• 5–8 years of experience in digital strategy, marketing technology, commerce, or customer experience consulting
• strong understanding of Growth Tech stacks and emerging Agentic Commerce paradigms
• experience in AI- and ML-driven use cases such as personalization, recommendations, predictive analytics, and automation
• understanding of identity resolution, consent management, and real-time data activation
• ability to translate between business strategy, AI capabilities, and technical architecture
• manage senior stakeholders across CMO, CIO, CTO and Chief Data/AI roles
• comfortable working in agile, cross-functional, product-oriented environments
