Head of Service MARINE - EUROPE North

As Head of Service Marine North Europe, you will steer Palfinger Marine’s regional service operations to deliver excellence, profitability, and high customer satisfaction across multiple sites. You will lead regional teams, align with corporate strategy, and drive growth through cross-location collaboration and strategic expansion in Northern Europe. The role focuses on optimizing service delivery, coaching leaders, and strengthening financial performance. This is a high-impact, international leadership position at a global marine technology company.

• Oversee regional service operations across all locations to ensure alignment with corporate strategy and industry standards
• Own P&L for the region and drive profitability and efficiency improvements
• Lead and develop multi-location teams with a focus on accountability and technical excellence
• Foster collaboration between service offices, After Sales/Product Lines, and New Equipment Sales
• Drive regional growth by identifying opportunities in Northern European markets and ensuring service readiness for advanced marine and offshore products

• Extensive Marine Operations experience (minimum 10 years)
• At least 5 years in leadership roles
• Educational background in Engineering, Economics, Business or related field
• Proven leadership across multiple locations and cultures
• Strong business acumen with budget, P&L accountability and operational efficiency experience
• Excellent English communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
