Head of Strategy (x|f|m) 

As Head of Strategy, you will shape enterprise-wide priorities and governance for Sartorius, guiding senior leadership through structured planning and decision-making. You’ll lead cross-functional alignment, manage the annual strategy cycle, and translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives. • Steer enterprise portfolio governance and prioritization across the organization
• Lead annual strategic planning cycle and Executive Board governance cadence
• Challenge assumptions and align cross-functional stakeholders for coherent decisions
• Conduct early-stage strategic assessments of growth opportunities and partnerships
• Provide ad hoc strategic analyses to support Executive Board decisions
• Translate priorities into structured initiative charters with milestones and risks
• Maintain enterprise strategic architecture, including methodologies and templates for consistency

• Strong track record in corporate strategy, portfolio governance, or related areas
• Analytical synthesis and structured problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively at Executive Board level
• Experience challenging assumptions while aligning senior stakeholders
• Collaborate across functions and influence decisions without formal authority
• Experience managing enterprise planning cycles and governance processes
• Solid understanding of financial statements and business performance metrics
• High proficiency in English
